For quick order processing and delivery we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PAYPAL through the PAYPAL Network as our preferred form of payment. We verify the billing and shipping address and will only ship to the address on file with your credit card company or your PAYPAL Account. All information supplied to us is held in strict confidence and we do not sell, rent, trade or provide any of your confidential information to an outside party. All credit card information is secured through the PAYPAL Network.

Shipping Terms within the United States
Each order ships for a flat $9.90 via Ground by either UPS or USPS at our discretion, regardless of the number of items or weight in a single shipment. Our $9.90 flat rate shipping charge is available only to destinations in the continental USA. Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska are higher. We make every attempt to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours during normal business days Monday - Friday. Most Ground shipments take anywhere between 2 to 7 business days to arrive after they have left our warehouse. Your order may ship from different warehouses and may arrive at different times. After your order ships you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking number(s). Please allow enough time for the tracking numbers to show up on UPS or USPS sites.

Shipping Terms outside the United States
At this time we do not ship to destinations outside the USA.

Sales Tax
Orders shipping to addresses within New York State will be charged appropriate NY Sales Tax

Product Guarantees
All products sold through Sound Technologies Group are new and carry a full manufacturers warranty.
All products carry a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. In the event that service is required please contact our service department for an authorization number and instructions on how to return the item for service. Packaging and Shipping charges to the service center are the responsibility of the product owner. Repaired item will be returned and shipped to the owner at no charge during the warranty period. No items will be accepted without first obtaining a return and/or repair authorization.
